La pantalla o el flex est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados y se puede proceder a enviar el equipo para su reparaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>No sale imagen a trav\u00e9s de HDMI. Probablemente no es la pantalla lo que est\u00e1 fallando, el fallo se puede deber a un fallo de GPU o de placa base.<\/li>\n<li>Si el monitor si que recibe imagen pero esta es en negro, puede deberse nuevamente a un fallo de GPU o a un fallo del propio sistema operativo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2- <strong>La pantalla muestra s\u00edntomas evidentes de un golpe o da\u00f1o f\u00edsico.<\/strong> Mostrando cortes y partes en negro con la tinta del panel da\u00f1ada.<\/p>\n<p>En esta caso no hay lugar a dudas y el cambio de pantalla es necesario.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Consideraciones y garant\u00eda de pantalla de port\u00e1til<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>*Si el equipo recibido no ten\u00eda un fallo en el panel sino que la aver\u00eda es otra, informaremos al cliente, elaborando un presupuesto de forma gratuita. En caso de que el cliente no acepte el nuevo presupuesto de reparaci\u00f3n del sistema, GPU o placa base, reembolsaremos el importe pagado por la reparaci\u00f3n de la pantalla. Descontaremos \u00fanicamente el coste de los portes de recogida y env\u00edo en el caso.<\/p>\n<p>*La garant\u00eda del nuevo panel, cubre un LCD defectuoso, que deja de mostrar la imagen en parte o en su totalidad o lo hace con tonos quemados. En ning\u00fan caso cubre el da\u00f1o por golpes, cortocircuitos, incendios y agua.<\/p>\n<p>*Nuestras pantallas son de los primeros fabricantes del mercado y de alta calidad. Ante la existencia de alg\u00fan p\u00edxel muerto, nos regimos por lo que dicta la ley del consumidor:<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6852 \/><\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las pantallas para port\u00e1til, ser\u00edan paneles de clase II,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tipo 1:<\/strong> p\u00edxel defectuoso encendido en blanco.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tipo 2:<\/strong> p\u00edxel que est\u00e1 siempre en negro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tipo 3: <\/strong>Alguno de los subp\u00edxeles no funciona
